1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ArborBuddy ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ArborBuddy is a revenue intelligence platform for tree service professionals. Features include lead management, AI-generated email, digital estimates, referral tracking, seasonal campaigns, and analytics.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• Pricing is based on plan tier and lead volume band (see pricing page).
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds are not offered for partial months unless required by applicable law.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you must upgrade to a paid plan or your account will revert to the Free tier with limited functionality.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all customer data you enter into ArborBuddy. We will not sell, share, or use your customer data for any purpose other than operating the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited or spam communications
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
• Use the platform for any purpose other than tree-service business operations

7. Limitation of Liability

ArborBuddy is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We'll notify you via email for material changes. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
