Churn Alerts & Win-Back

ArborBuddy classifies every won customer into one of four health tiers based on their RFME score (Recency × Frequency × Monetary × Engagement):

Champions get a referral nudge. At-Risk and Critical get a win-back campaign.

The Churn Alerts card on your dashboard shows your At-Risk and Critical customers sorted by estimated revenue at stake. Each row shows:

  • Customer name
  • Last job date
  • Revenue at risk (sum of all past jobs)
  • AI Draft button

Click AI Draft next to any at-risk customer to generate a personalized reactivation email. The email:

  • References the specific service they last had done
  • Mentions the time gap (“It’s been almost a year since we took care of your oak trees…”)
  • Includes a seasonal hook if applicable
  • Ends with a soft CTA to book a free consultation

After reviewing, click Send Now to deliver it immediately.

Every won customer also has a health score badge (0–100) visible in their lead detail panel. The badge turns red when the score drops below 30. The score is computed from:

The Relationship Health Dashboard (on the main dashboard below your KPI grid) shows a leaderboard of all customers by health score, with AI Draft reactivation and Champion referral mailto links for each.
