Churn Score Tiers
Section titled “Churn Score Tiers”ArborBuddy classifies every won customer into one of four health tiers based on their RFME score (Recency × Frequency × Monetary × Engagement):

| 🟢 Champion | High-value, frequent, engaged | < 90 days |
| 🔵 Engaged | Active, recent job | < 90 days |
| 🟡 At-Risk | Haven’t heard from them | 90–365 days |
| 🔴 Critical | Nearly lost | > 365 days |
Champions get a referral nudge. At-Risk and Critical get a win-back campaign.
Churn Alert Dashboard Card
Section titled “Churn Alert Dashboard Card”The Churn Alerts card on your dashboard shows your At-Risk and Critical customers sorted by estimated revenue at stake. Each row shows:
- Customer name
- Last job date
- Revenue at risk (sum of all past jobs)
- AI Draft button
AI Draft Win-Back Email
Section titled “AI Draft Win-Back Email”Click AI Draft next to any at-risk customer to generate a personalized reactivation email. The email:
- References the specific service they last had done
- Mentions the time gap (“It’s been almost a year since we took care of your oak trees…”)
- Includes a seasonal hook if applicable
- Ends with a soft CTA to book a free consultation
After reviewing, click Send Now to deliver it immediately.
Relationship Health Score
Section titled “Relationship Health Score”Every won customer also has a health score badge (0–100) visible in their lead detail panel. The badge turns red when the score drops below 30. The score is computed from:

| Engagement (emails opened, estimates viewed, reviews left) | 20% |
The Relationship Health Dashboard (on the main dashboard below your KPI grid) shows a leaderboard of all customers by health score, with AI Draft reactivation and Champion referral mailto links for each.
