Seasonal Campaigns

Most email blasts say “It’s fall — time for tree trimming!” ArborBuddy’s campaigns know:

  • Which customers have oak vs maple vs elm (from your past job notes and AI species detection)
  • What ISA-certified care actions those species need right now
  • What the actual weather is in their zip code

The result: emails that say “Your red oak at 123 Main St. is entering its dormant pruning window — this is the best time to remove those deadwood branches before spring.” Not generic. Feels like it was written by a real arborist.

  1. Go to Campaigns → Seasonal
  2. ArborBuddy analyzes your won leads and groups them by detected tree species
  3. Each cohort shows: species name, number of customers, ISA care priority for this season, urgency level
  4. Click Preview Emails for a cohort to see AI-generated email drafts (not sent yet)
  5. Review the previews — adjust if needed
  6. Click Send Cohort to deliver to all leads in that group

For more control, use Campaigns → Scheduler:

  1. Click New Campaign
  2. Choose your audience tier: All / Won customers / Champion / Engaged / At-Risk / Critical
  3. Click AI Preview to generate subject + body based on the audience tier and current season
  4. Schedule for a specific date/time or send immediately
  5. Track opens, clicks, and unsubscribes in real time

Every campaign email includes:

  • A 1×1 transparent pixel for open tracking
  • Click-wrapped links for click tracking

Stats appear on the Campaign detail page: recipient count, open rate, click rate.
