Seasonal Campaigns
What Makes These Different
Section titled “What Makes These Different”Most email blasts say “It’s fall — time for tree trimming!” ArborBuddy’s campaigns know:
- Which customers have oak vs maple vs elm (from your past job notes and AI species detection)
- What ISA-certified care actions those species need right now
- What the actual weather is in their zip code
The result: emails that say “Your red oak at 123 Main St. is entering its dormant pruning window — this is the best time to remove those deadwood branches before spring.” Not generic. Feels like it was written by a real arborist.

Audience Tiers Explained
Section titled “Audience Tiers Explained”| Tier | Who’s Included |
|---|---|
| Champion | Won 3+ jobs with you |
| Engaged | A won job in the last 90 days |
| At-Risk | No job in 90–365 days |
| Critical | No job in over a year |
| Won | All customers with a won job + email address |
| All | Every lead with an email address |
Best practice: send seasonal campaigns to Engaged + Champion first (highest engagement), then follow up with At-Risk a week later with a more urgency-driven subject line.
