AI Email Generation
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Click the envelope icon on any lead to open the AI email composer. ArborBuddy generates a full email in about 2–3 seconds using Llama 3.1 running on Cloudflare’s edge network. The email is personalized using:
- Lead name
- Service type
- Message/notes from the lead
- Your company name
- Current date and season
Three Templates
Section titled “Three Templates”| Template | When to Use |
|---|---|
| initial_followup | First contact after a new lead comes in |
| estimate_followup | Lead is in “Quoted” status, haven’t heard back |
| reactivation | Lead is Lost, going cold, or hasn’t engaged in 90+ days |
Editing Before Sending
Section titled “Editing Before Sending”The generated email opens in a full editor. You can:
- Edit subject line and body
- Click Regenerate to get a fresh version
- Save as a Template (click the bookmark icon) for future reuse
Sending
Section titled “Sending”Click Send to [Lead Name] to deliver via Resend from notifications@arborbuddy.com. The email is logged to your email history automatically.
One-Shot Generate + Send
Section titled “One-Shot Generate + Send”The Generate & Send button (lightning icon) generates the email and sends it immediately in a single step — no review step. Use this when you’re in high-volume follow-up mode and trust the AI output.
AI Credits
Section titled “AI Credits”- Free plan: 3 AI credits total
- Growth+: Unlimited AI generations
When you’re out of credits, an UpgradeModal appears. Growth, Pro, and Agency plans have no credit limit.
Saved Templates
Section titled “Saved Templates”Templates you save appear in the Templates tab of the email composer. Template usage is tracked — most-used templates float to the top.
