Freemium Walls
Section titled “Freemium Walls”Wall 1 — AI Credits: On the Free plan, you have 3 AI credits. Each AI email generation uses one credit. Once exhausted, an upgrade prompt appears.
Wall 2 — Lead Cap: The Free plan holds up to 10 leads. When you hit 10, you’ll see an upgrade prompt. Existing leads are never deleted.
How to Upgrade
Section titled “How to Upgrade”- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade Plan on the tier you want
- You’re redirected to Stripe Checkout — takes ~30 seconds
- Your account upgrades instantly on payment
Manage Billing
Section titled “Manage Billing”Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:
- Change plans
- Update payment method
- View invoice history
- Cancel subscription
Annual Pricing
Section titled “Annual Pricing”Annual billing (coming soon) will offer ~2 months free. Contact support@arborbuddy.com if you’d like to switch to annual billing early.
Cancellation
Section titled “Cancellation”Cancel anytime through the Stripe portal. Your account stays active through the end of your current billing period. Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.
